This Refund Policy explains the terms that apply to purchases made from TradeCert Institute. Please read it carefully before you enroll — by completing a purchase you agree to these terms.
1. All Sales Are Final
All purchases are final and non-refundable. Because our products are digital and delivered electronically — granting immediate access to an examination enrollment and related materials — we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once an order has been placed.
This no-refund policy is disclosed to you before payment and forms part of our agreement with you. By paying, you acknowledge that you are purchasing a digital product and that no refund will be issued.
2. Why Purchases Are Non-Refundable
Each enrollment provides access to an examination and, where applicable, supporting materials. This access has immediate value and cannot be returned once granted, which is why all sales are final.
3. Delivery Problems We Will Correct
While purchases are non-refundable, we stand behind the delivery of what you paid for. If your enrollment code does not work, is not received, or a certificate we issue contains an error caused by us, we will promptly replace the code or correct the document at no additional cost to you. This is part of completing your order, not a refund.
To report a delivery problem, email info@tradecertinstitute.com from the address associated with your order and include your order number.
4. Duplicate or Incorrect Payments
If you were accidentally charged more than once for the same order, or transferred an incorrect amount, contact us and we will reconcile your account and return any amount paid in excess of the order total. This applies only to accidental overpayments, not to completed valid purchases.
