How do I pay?
We currently accept US bank transfers (ACH and wire) processed securely by Stripe. At checkout you'll receive unique transfer instructions — no card details are ever collected. Card payments are coming soon.
When do I receive my enrollment code?
Your enrollment code is emailed automatically as soon as your bank transfer clears — typically within 1–3 business days for ACH, often same-day for wire transfers.
How long is my enrollment code valid?
Enrollment codes can be redeemed in the exam portal anytime within 12 months of purchase. Once redeemed, you schedule your online proctored exam at your convenience.
What happens after I pass the exam?
You receive a digital certificate and a verifiable credential ID you can share with employers and add to your LinkedIn profile.
What if I fail the exam?
Packages with Retake Protection include one free retake. Otherwise, discounted retake vouchers are available — contact support for details.
Can my company enroll multiple employees?
Yes — corporate packs are available (see the Compliance Officer program), and we offer volume pricing for teams. Email info@tradecertinstitute.com for a quote.
I lost my enrollment code. Can I retrieve it?
Yes. Sign in to your account — every code you've purchased is listed under My Certifications, along with a downloadable PDF confirmation.
